Ron, do you use any other TA to back up your stochastics?

I've found daily stochastics work fairly well on range-bound stocks and indexes, but that it has not been as accurate in trending markets since (as you have mentioned) stocks can remain overbought or oversold for extended periods.

Having reversed the trend of higher highs and lower lows, I don't see any reliable TA signals indicating a near term bounce. Also, we now have negative sentiment and a lot of overhead resistance. Any reversal without some serious positive news will meet with selling from everyone who is sitting now wishing they got out yesterday, or the day before, etc.
