Getting impatient like many of the rest of you, I called Jack Arnold today and spoke with him about several things: Asked (of course) about merger status: said he is waiting for the word to announce definitive terms of the deal. He said lawyers are working to get proper forms filed with SEC, etc.. Being paranoid, I asked if there was a chance that we could see news that deal has been called off? He said that the deal is agreed upon and that we will see terms in the near future. "Are you pleased with the valuation being given?" Yes, very pleased. "Do you think we are seeing REG S shares flowing through the market now?" That is what is being talked about, and if it is true- then that represents a real positive to have them out of there. "Do you think the stock represents good value at .02?" Yes, and many people have been using this opportunity to average their costs down. "What price do you own it at?" I'm in at .47. "Do you think you'll see that price in the short term?" Hard to say, that is a ways to go, but WOTD has very good potential for growth. "And then we can begin putting a valuation on the stock based on revenues and earnings" Exactly. Not verbatim, but we also spoke about his role in the company going forward. I think "MIlk" has already mentioned this --- but he will continue to serve as a board member of the combined company and will want to have a role in investor relations, but the day to day running of the business will be left to those with expertise in the field. Again, I got a good feeling talking to him. Many times when you talk to an investor relations person at a penny company- they try to blow smoke up your wazoo telling you how great they are and putting lofty price targets on their stock. Mr. Arnold comes across as a straight shooter who believes that the stock is currently undervalued- but seems realistic in near term projections until audited earnings can be evaluated and growth rates can give us a p/e to work with. My opinion, stock is cheap near term to .11-.13, then we must wait some more to hear about growth and aquisition progress. Best of luck. Bharp5
