I respectfully disagree that the government will take CVGs 30%.I believe the MEM will honor the courts last three decisions and of course concur with the FINAL decision that should be forthcoming.In other words the MEM will void the work contracts given to Minca because they were illegal.Because of that action PDG will lose the 70% they had and CVG will lose the 30% they had also,because the work contracts will be rescinded.It is ludicrous to think they will take away PDGs part and at the same time keep CVGs part in tact.When all is said and done of course the Government will get something,in the form of taxes and royalties ,but not in a percentage of ownership of a mine.....
