Anyone know why the price is slipping? WSJ said CEO gave back a lot of stock and cash yesterday. Have I missed some negative news?

Wow -- just got into the office and saw GNT -- I just bought in yesterday -- go GNT !!!

By the way, a lot of arbitrage money to be made here since the conversion price is about $46. I think we'll see GNT continue to escalate so that the differential is only about $3.
