P/E- DELL Vs Gateway. Gabriel, I just noticed GTW has a much higher P/E than DELL now,higher by some 10 points. Have you any idea why this is so,don't think their growth rate justifies the valuation at this time. On the other hand DELL should have been trading at Gateway's P/E which I think is quite reasonable. If this happens DELL should be trading around $75.00 and I won't be surprised if we get their some time in May or June,in the meantime it looks like sideways trading for a little while longer unless of course we get some substantial positive news from DELL in the interim.
