I'd been wondering how, if she didn't know Clinton and didn't know Monica, she would have come to the attention of Starr's investigators. Unless, of course, she alerted them herself. I do find this disturbing, though: if she's just a simple nutcase, why wasn't this established before Starr's people confiscated all taht stuff? I should think that the credibility of possible witnesses would be an important factor to consider BEFORE one issues a subpeona.
