Interesting book I read recently. MADE IN AMERICA by a British author ,a history of the Americanization of the English language filled with plenty of history and humorous anecdotes. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately if you cited National Review rather than the Washington Post we might find your statement credible.

The Post wasn't drawing from its own journalists; called up a lot of people.

But in order to say anything "acceptable" or "credible" here I must rely on your preferred publications? Uh-oh. Glad we don't have a National Censor. Yet...
