<<<White House says no Monica notes (they are still writing them).>>>

That would be "they are still editing them".

<<<White House: No Lewinsky notes for now
WASHINGTON, March 17 (UPI) _ A White House spokesman says (Tuesday)
there is a chance that any communication between President Clinton and former intern Monica Lewinsky could also be released just as the notes to Clinton from Kathleen Willey were made public. But right now press secretary Mike McCurry says they are being kept under wraps under orders from the president's lawyers. >>>>

There comes a time when even the most adept public relations campaign becomes boring, repetitious and predictable....

What you have to understand is that Monica Lewinsky still has not testified in front of the grand jury nor has she granted any exclusive interviews. If and when that happens you will see those notes fly out of Ann Lewis' bum so fast you might get whiplash as they pass by.
