Jeff-
I hate to change the topic but McCain-Feingold wasn't a good bill. I'm for term limits and am a libertarian, but the bill was clearly unconstitutional. The only way to get to true campaign finance reform is a constitutional amendment (which will never happen) or candidates agreeing to spending limits voluntarily in a particular race.

Typical govm't response to a problem. Politicians aren't obeying the current laws, better pass some more laws.
