Is this the same management that wants to absord Dec?

After this inventory disaster who could trust them to know what they are doing?

This has been my worst stock selection ever!!!

The question is at what point do the shorts buy back in? Until there is a reason for them to do so they will wait and hope more bad news comes in. CPQ could be "DEAD MONEY" as Maria Bartoromo just said, but when CPQ turns around, and it will, it will move up faster than it went down. It's just a matter of how long one wants to wait!

Andreas - Yes, that's a tough decision. But, do you want to sell your shares to the shortsellers that are starting to close out their positions and go long? My guess is that this stock can turn quickly. It's only a guess, but you and I both know how volatile tech is, both on the upside and downside. I bought on the way down and will just sit on at least some of my position. Where else do you think you might make it up on? The Dow is at record highs while most of tech (excepting those insane internet stocks, and I stress, the exception will only be temporary) is down, so unless you buy more tech or oils you might end up buying high (drugs, consumer nondurables, etc) and taking another short term hit. Seems like the most appetizing thing to do is short Yahoo, AOL and their ilk, but it's hard to call the top there, so you might need deep pockets to do so.
