To Karl and all: Enclosed is my E-mail to Scott of the PR firm and his response. I think they are self explanatory. The good news is NMS may be imminent and Scott knows of no reason to be pessimistic about this upcoming quarterly results (3/31) JDN

Hello John,

TAVA responded to questions from NMS last week, and we expect to hear back from
them at anytime. We do not know if we will get more questions or an approval. As
far as the quarterly results, I have no reason to think that the estimates on the
street are not obtainable. I am not sure where the lack of confidence comes from,
but I have not heard othewise from management.

Thanks for your interst and support,

Cordially,
]

Karl..... Monster buy order passing through MM ranks.
I feel that the strength today can be attributed too a rumor of a giant buy order by a rumored institution. I was bid for size near the close as they were out taking offers. Hard to say how they will act in the morning but if they start taking the stock on the opening look out! Stock trades very thin... no appearance of large bids or offers. This is the kind of environment that can feed on itself. My advice, don't try to trade out and come back in, you will be sorry. IMHO of course.

For whatever it is worth, I believe Karl's estimate of Coca-Cola eventually generating $1 EPS for Tava is a reasonable one. I wouldn't try to hazard a guess as to which quarter the bulk of it will fall but $1 EPS from Coca-Cola alone before 1/1/2000 seems like a fair estimate to me.
