Jeff,

Actually, I believe the moonbeam moniker had more to do with his loopy policies during his eight-year term as Governor of the Grand and Beautiful State of California.

The only thing Jerry would be doing at construction sites is howling for OSHA inspections and sanctions, IMHO.
