She called customer service and nobody could track the order number? Did she print the sheet that says "Print this for your records?" It has the order number. If they can't help her with that, ask to speak to a manager.

I am happy to report that my friend's problem with unshipped computer is solved. The customer service representative of Onsale finally tracked down the deal and computer company shipped products to her. She got the shipping number and expect to use the computer in a few days.
