Then is it appropriate to say that CNTO has been aware of potential suit and has by contract protected itself to large degree??? (perhaps much like a full warranty deed!)

What happens if Genentech wins and CNTO must pay a certain percentage royalty to Genentech? Will Roche pay, both, or CNTO only?

Has anyone heard anything about a potential european partner or the timing of such a deal. Any other big news out on the horizon that might salvage my april calls?
