I called the company today and they offered to send me a 10Q they just filed. When I get it I will pass on any interesting information. Just for your information I bought 2000 shares prior to Christmas last year. I did it on a whim after making a phone call to the company and hearing from the warehouse manager that Christmas sales were strong. At that time the stock was +.70. One week later it was as low as .01. Needless to say I don't trust whims any more. When I told my wife, all she could do is laugh at my insight at picking winners. The drop, as I understand it, was caused by the companies accounting firm resigning in the middle of preparing SEC audited statements. NOT GOOD! The CPA Tobac Co. would not comment. Earlier this year I visited the Scottsdale headquarters of SC & T and was impressed with the facility and the lower level people (I didn't get to meet the upper management who were in meetings or overseas). I inspected the products and was very impressed. The warehouse was busy with activity and there was no sign of panic. I though, what can I lose and bought 10,000 more shares at .05. This by no means is a firm recommendation. I still have not been given a good explanation from management of the trouble with Tobac Company. In fact, it has been difficult to get information from the company. They don't have an in house relations person and the President is on the road alot and doesn't return phone calls. Today, I was told by the Presidents wife that she was not authorized to give any information regarding the companies business plan, due to it being a public company. Wow, how often do you hear that? She did offer to send me the 10Q. Due to the recent problems... they are, hopefully playing it very safe with the SEC. It would actually be nice if more companies would be as strict! Anyway even though I originally made a bad buy, I am hoping this will turn out to be profitable. At the current price you have very little to lose and alot to gain.
