Phillipines and voting . . . Remember that IDX just developed the F3 small-footprint technology that will work well with smart cards. It may not be IDX, but who is it going to be? We are talking about, I think, a one to many system, i.e., is this voter on the known list of voters? Printrak, DBII, Identicator? Only Printrak seems possible, but to me IDX seems at least as plausible. Maybe the biometric technology has not yet been selected here. Where is Brad and J. Saf? Voting ID -- Non-drivers have a right to vote, too. Buck, it's just a losing argument.
