I like that.... <wink> It might just pop up on some of my posts.

But disclaimers mean nothing if you are stating something malicious or implying criminality but have no proof to offer.

I choose to utilize caution. Although I respect the hell out of Ken Todd and Tod Pauley for the efforts they have shown thus far in educating GIFS shareholders about what actually happened to their company and their money.

Regards,

Ron

Loved your Disclaimer! Would the fact that I write about things that happened while working at GIFS be covered if I use this? Gayle Essary says I do not have the right to write about him because he is a private citizen. (BTW is Mohamed a private citizen, too, since no one seems to know where he is?)

As you may remember Gayle Essary referred to Tennessee a hick-state; this alone should have inferred that I was writing barefoot. If I take my shoes off(and document this), use the disclaimer, and tell write about the things I saw/the documents I know exist, etc., am I covered?

Please advise me on this. I know Gayle Essary did some highly questionable things and this is why he has tried to hard to shut me up; but, I don't want to get sued. I understand Mr. Essary is on the Board of Directors of the IRI and is obviously a powerful man. I don't think I can fight his organization when he decides to sue.

Do you think I am safe?

Signed,

Barefoot in Tennessee

P. S. Wait until the Good Old Boys in Tennessee get ahold of Mr.
Essary. They still don't realize he is a He; they've assumed
that--because of his name--he is a uppity lady from New York.

Just you wait until they find out they're dealing with a man (male) who called them "hicks." It will be a whole new ballgame! Shucks, I've heard they will even shell out bucks for a free ticket (one way) for Mr. Essary to visit. I advised them to hold off, though, because I understand there is a chance Mr. Essary might get a formal invitation from some agency here.
