Clearly Mr. Noblesse, the problem is your lack of sufficient equity ownership to merit a return phone call...I indeed may be of additional help to you in this endeavor...wanna buy a few hundred thousand<G>??? When they return your call( okay, if they return your call) you might remind them that when you are a public company, you don't get to pick your shareholders....Have a great night.

Noblesse,

Be careful or someone will tell you to three-five it! Great story Franklin.

Other than the extra capital spending I saw little negative in the recent 10 K, in fact, I found it quite informative. Maybe I'm just starved for info being across the pond. Did I miss something? Do you have any idea why the stock is moving down smartly since the announcement? I have been looking at this as an opportunity to finally pick up some more shares - not quite as good as the 16 1/2 of December, but bought 2500 more today at 20 1/2, and have orders in tomorrow for more in the 19's. With so little news we/I fly blind a lot with these guys. I still think there will be a positive earnings surprise, but probably less than I thought in mid-January. I suspect there will be no news until mid April so we'll wait it out.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Ed

To the "thread,"

I heard from Liz Sharp, head of TFS Investor Relations, yesterday, following my question directed at her department a few days ago regarding the increase in capital expenditures in China.

Ms. Sharp felt that I had attacked her unfairly, and I wish to make clear to the thread that I purposefully did not use Ms. Sharp's name in my earlier post because my complaint was not directed at *her*.

For me to leave that impression would not have been fair. All thread participants know that I am not a "shrinking violet," and had I thought that she should be specifically credited for the non-responsiveness that I see at TFS, I would have named her. In fact, regular readers in this space will probably recall that from time to time I have had positive things to say about Ms. Sharp, who I find to be generally "helpful" within the guidelines set down by Senior Management.

It is, of course, Senior Management that I find non-responsive.

So, Ms. Sharp, because my remarks weren't intended to appear as a shot across *your* bow though some may have viewed them as such, you have my apology. Let it never be said that I engage in unfair business practices.

Have a good day everyone.
