N.O., I 'll second your positive statement about Liz Sharp. She has been responsive to me in a timely and pleasant way. It is true that one can sense that she operates under a tight rein, but that is not her doing. To the extent she is allowed to be, she has been helpful She has been very professional in her dealings under the circumstances. Floyd Russell

Hello Noblesse, I concur with your views of Liz Sharp. I think she does a great job. I also feel TFS has made some significant improvements in their communications efforts over the last 12-18 months and she has clearly been an important part of that effort. Clearly though, there is still work to be done. Thanks for your post. Have a great night.

The comparisons are predicated on a base line number of "100" during 1992, effectively giving the various data elements equivalent starting points. (The font acceptable to SI did not give me room to duplicate the tabular columns if I had kept the base line year in the table.)
