Hi NO,

Did you notice, too, in the Form 14A-D filed today that there have been some VERY hefty pay raises to top management this past year. I credit them with getting out of the 1Q96 slump nicely, but it would be nice if stock holder value would move up as fast as salaries.

Also seems that the board is not going to be changed. When stock holder value does no better than shown in your table in markets such as we have had, one has to wonder ...

Okay Noblesse, your telling me that the Electrical Equipment index almost tripled 12/92-12/97(158.22to450.35), the S&P Smallcap index almost doubled(118.79-223.98), and TFS has actually DECLINED in the same period 12/92-12/97????Hmmmm.
