President Clinton is visiting an elementary school one day. He
goes into a class where the kids are working on their vocabulary
lesson.
Mr. Clinton asks the students, "What would be an example of a
tragedy?"

A little boy says: "If my little sister was playing in the street and
got run over by a car, that would be a tragedy."

"No! No!" Says the President. "That would be an accident."

A little girl raises her hand and says, "If a bus load of children
was hit by a train, that would be a tragedy."

"Oh, no," says the President. "That would be and 'unfortunate
incident.'"

A third kid raises his hand and say, "If the President were flying
in
Air Force One and it blew up, that would be a tragedy."

"Very good," says Clinton. "Now how do we know that it is a
tragedy?"

"Well," says the kid, "It sure wouldn't be no accident. And it
wouldn't be unfortunate, so......"
