Is this what Bob says:????? 0 to 3% decline is just noise. 4 to 7% decline can happen at any time without a specific reason. 7 to 10% decline within a bull market is a buying opportunity. Re: "Or maybe it [UTEK's low volume] is a renewed conviction by the shorts that she is going lower in the face of the stubborn longs who will not part with their shares but are not willing to buy more unless she does go lower. Maybe something else? You make the call ;)." That sounds correct to me. I know many, many people on SI alone who are willing to jump on UTEK in a major way should the price retest its recent lows (~$18?). Also, I really can't see too many shareholders giving up their positions until the 1999 product story unfolds. Best wishes, I2
