I wouldn't put to much weight in J. Taylors report nor his feelings. As of the later part of Jan 98 he had no idea what was happening with regards to the actions taken by Trooper or what law suit was about. He also had not been to a plant in over a year.

When an associate a of mine and I quizzed him on other developments in the company he new much less than we would have expected from some one who is charging others for his DD information and recommendations. We found him very poorly informed, and he admitted the same. We also ask about the logistics of converting a multi million dollar TMP into a warehouse/depackaging plant, even though this was ongoing for about a year he admitted to never having thought about checking into this. This would have been an obvious question during his DD process especially being a former banker.

He also said their burn rate was only $200,000 / month where as the October 6 k quarterly statement filed with the SEC indicates a net loss of 7.1 mil Canadian, this works out to 1.2 mill per mouth (not 200,000). For a former banker and a paid advisor his accuracy is on this matter is to say the least deficient.

As for him saying Stan out and out lied about the facts, could you be more specific on what he lied about and post it if you dare. I certainly would like to see the article and will try to get a copy.
