Thanks for the references Frank, I've read them both long ago. Point of information, Lefevre's "Reminiscences of a Stock Operator" was first published in 1923 (!) and Popular Delusions ... was written long before that. If you don't think the world has changed already and will continue to change at an accelerating rate as a consequence of electronic data interchange and the internet, my friend, we probably aren't seeing the same phenomena. People may have the same basic fear and greed instincts but there is a whole new dimension going on now ... and a lot of opportunity. Stand and doubt and watch, using the old rules if you will... I'm getting on it.
