GUYS!! Understand that the whole tussle is about one person -- HIS EXCELLENCY, DAVID de CATS MEOW! Talk with anyone who knows this man and you will understand what all the concerns are about. I first met this man in 1976 and worked for several years directly with scientists who trained/worked with him. I have been in the Immunology research area ever since. You cannot get away from the fact that "everyone" thinks this guy is a loose cannon - at best; "dangerous" by most peoples descriptions. Look at his record at this and previous companies/labs and realize what an unpredictable personna he has developed. BEWARE!!! This is my only comment on this thread now or in the future!

You find my objections shallow! You are the one who has resorted to name calling. "Prune faced Barbarians"? That's real helpful. Where is the substance in that. We have insufficient information to make a judgement on either side. I have repeatedly said that I remain open to either side on this issue. I have raised a caution flag on the ownership issue as that is the only concrete information we currently have on either side. But I have not said I consider that a deciding factor. Please reference my response where I said otherwise. Where is the shallowness in that and how is it more shallow than name calling?
