Without positive earnings the company is vulnerable Really, I guess the folks at Yahoo and DoubleClick are in for a shock. This analyst must be NUTZ [ DCLK Goldman Sachs ] ¯ Mkt Outperform

Yes, mission and execution. This--I hate to keep pounding into everyone's eyes over and over--is where Steve Lair's background fits the most. I might also point out--though I don't know the man--that as a visionary, Hayton appears less than defunct. As I understand it, Hayton tried running his own company, without the benefit of a Steve Lair! Today's situation is a far cry different than what you portray it to be. I'd also ask you what other online advertising companies require(d) outside funding to stay in operation? How many private placements, do you know of, that have gone into other online advertising companies? Against this backdrop, how many online internet companies are operating in the black? These answers shouldn't be surprising, should they?
