Either we start to see the downgrades tomorrow, after the MU Analyst Conference that was mentioned earlier, which is what I expect, or we will see them after MU files its 10-K report. There's a higher level of detail -- and requirements of truthfullness -- in the 10K's than in the Q reports.

some put holders are doing very well, thank you. when mu went from the high $50s to the low $30s did the put players get paid?
