BTW if your certificates are at your brokers you do not have to sign them and fill out all the forms per the SEDAR document, you can pretty much trade them as you would any stock.

Am I missing something here.The impression I am getting is I could by as many shares as I like.If so why do I need the rights?

If this whole exercise fails it sounds like BEA/STF will have to do a placement. Grayhairs has indicated that they could do this with ease but it would result in dilution. hopefully Mr. McLeod will minimize dilution by only placing enough shares to cover the cost of Land purchases.If the news is as great as we all would like it to be he should no problem raising more money after April 1,1998 for future drilling and development.

It has always amazed me how much is told by how things are done, thats what I love about this game.
