the article made no mention of the fact that she'd (presumably) been a White House intern? And her academic career as described doesn't suggest that she'd have been especially interested in becoming one. So WAS she an intern, or not? From the article: a Lesbian/feminist cooperative; and working on Bill Clinton's presidential campaign as well as interning for the Clinton White House* when he was newly elected.* Just skimming are we? There a lot of reasons she may have been shot but IMO she was definitely the target of the 'hit' since she was the only one shot more than once, five times, and in the face, making her almost unrecognizable. No money was taken-over $4,000 was left in the store. Could have had something to do w/her lesbian activism or something she knew about the goings on in the WH or whatever but I don't think anyone conjectured she may have had sex with the prez. halfscot
