Think about it...there really isn't a market to sell the converted Series C share into.... as we've seen in the last week or so, every time the volume is up (as a result of Series C share conversion, and partial liquidation of position) the stock drops.... We're talking about millions of shares being converted (at a 15% discount to market).... the problem is the newly created common shareholders created when the preferred shares are converted to common) can't sell their common shares without destroying the market they're selling into...unless a market maker buys them at a limit price.

Just an observation.....

I wonder who now owns a significant block of INCE stock...at a very low discount price? @ $0.05-0.075/sh even if the company doesn't survive in the long run today's buyers could do well; $0.15 = 100% increase. I wonder if any of Paul's closest friends bought in today, on pending news from Nanopierce..... I have no evidence that anything like that happened...
