Bill,

I had another conversation today with Paul as he is still in San Diego
arranging this financing for NPCT. He informed me that by dividing this particle technology from INCE and doing it in a much more controlled share structure allows him to bring share value to NPCT which in turn can help INCE shareholders later on once he gets this financing and establishes a market for their product. Since INCCE has
70% of this it means that INCE will have to see benefits to Pauls doing what he has done. Also since he and his wife have good control over this stock it should assure the shareholders that alot of noninterested parties that could care less about the company can not
recklessly dump stock into this market at any time. By rule 144 Paul
can only sell 1% of his stock over a 3 month period. Paul did not deny anything that I asked him regarding the share structure or that it is
all free trading stock he owns. He also knows that it would be stupid
and obviously dumb to dump and pound his own market as insider trading
reports are all public records. Anyone with any questions is welcome
to call Paul on his cell phone at 303-618-8466 and talk to him regarding concerns. Surely with the stock down from nearly 3.00 that
most sellers have been cleaned out. Those of you that have held on faithfully obviously must have believed in INCE's story. I was in a stock that had this happen and I still believed in them enough that I
averaged down. Paul was emphatic about running a very clean and open
company and I feel he will give INCE value over time. I for one am
very interested in the NPCT story and am focusing in that direction
right now so I will be posting more on that site from now on.
