the price almost always tells. Does anyone have any concrete info regarding what is going on? A good friend just recently went long at 5, I think based on BB's recommendation. Besides the property in question, what else does KRY have? In other words, assuming the worst and they lost this, what is the potential downside?

tia,
kim

i heard about this venezualan guy yesterday at around 3 o clock on the radio. they even previewed that he would say " kry has no claim". it was fairly obvious the stock was going to go down, but a hammering like this is total insanity...bunch of sheep. wait until the court makes its decision, don't automatically assume the decision is negative because the market says so. the fall of kry was just a bunch of sheep following eachother. there is no point in selling now, the downside is only about 60% now, and the upside is now 400-800%. it's a crapshoot, but the odds just got better for the new long side players.
