I don't think CVUS can make announcements at this time. Auctions, competition, and financing terms dependent on the first two.

Shorts know this and are taking advantage of it. Incidentally this price drop matches price drops in many other small stocks. Maybe I should restate that last comment. Other small stocks seem to be lossing some value in the story technology sector. The DJ is setting records and everyone wants to catch the ride up to 9300. If I remember correctly, small caps very seldom enjoy the benefits of a rising DJ.

Agree with you about the technology ownership. It has always been a point of interest. Stop and think about it, and it makes a great deal of sense.

You have been in the ivory tower too long. Things already have turned out badly for CVUS! Shareholder lawsuits are a foregone conclusion at this time.
