The ONLY person deserving of a lawsuit at this juncture is you James Fink (for libel and defamation, among others). Truly your agenda and activities online have been no less than criminal.

Bernard Levy deserves credit for his amazingly "balanced", even devil's advocate-like post!

For me personally, of the issues Mr. Levy identified, only the 60Mhz spectrum set aside merits serious criticism.

As for the CT&T relationship, if one considers when and why it was established, there is little reason for objection. Also, the CT&T relationship might very well become a boon to CVUS over the long term as CT&T licenses its technology in the US with CVUS acting as its exclusive agent, and also as CT&T develops its global properties (in Canada, Europe, Russia, Asia, Central and South America) from which CVUS could derive certain benefits.

Dear James:

You are assuming that CVUS's current stock price represents an
indicator of the ultimate success of the company. There are
lots of examples of companies whose stock price sank at some
point, and yet the company was ultimately highly successful.
We are all familiar with WCII sinking to about $10 last April
and then rising to $41 now. If you want an even more striking
example, you should look at CTXS's chart: it went from $7
last May to $47 now.

If CVUS ultimately fails, I will be only too glad to go after
Shant H.'s hide. However, I would like to withhold judgement
until all facts are in.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
