Hi Karl: The main point of my post is that the association of CVUS's management with CT&T creates a conflict of interest in the strict legal sense of the term. The CVUS board takes decision which can materially affect the finances of CT&T. For example, how can the CVUS board be objective when it comes to selecting LMDS equipment from LU, Nortel, or Bossard-designed equipment for which CT&T would get license revenue? This situation is unacceptable. It is in fact one item for which Asensio suggested that a correction was needed in his last analysis of CVUS. Best regards, Bernard Levy
