Is there any way to get in contact with any of the members of the board - seems to be that we need to get to them to get better management - how about it?

Bernard,
The idea with CT&T was to sell LMDS rights on an
international basis. Line up venders for all of
the companies in a large pool to furnish equipment
such as antenna / transmitters, and high speed
modems. Good deal for equipment providers. They
get to ramp up fast on products. Good deal for
operators. They get affordable prices.Good deal
for limited partners. They get a return on their
considerable R&D expenses. CVUS started with IPO,
and no liability for prior R&D expense.

I'm working from memory, but believe some of limited
partners may include Bell Atlantic, and
Phillips Electronics. This is before NYNEX Bell
Atlantic merger. I also recall a few exBell Atlantic
Officers on CVUS staff. President before Shant was
an exPhillips executive. Shant took over again when
he passed away.

I don't know, but Bell Atlantic ownership interest
could have been a problem with the FCC.
These people worked long and hard to get LMDS up
and running with the FCC, so they knew the ins and
outs early on in the game.

I think the Bell Atlantic connection may have greased
the telephone resale license with NYNEX. It came very
fast after successful field trials. NYNEX and Bell
were starting to publicly talk merger at the time.

I could not find much on limited partnership members
when I was actively researching CVUS last year. My
personal read of the situation is CT&T is key to contracting
services to others.

Bernard,
Here is another thought for consideration at this time. It is a good post to a very active thread that does a lot research on their favorite stock.

If anyone hasn't figured it out by now, Karl Schwarzchild is the alias for Shant Hovnanian, CEO of CVUS. This fact is made obvious for two reasons:

(1) Schwarzchild/Shant is the ONLY PERSON ON EARTH who would have the nerve to defend the parasitic CT&T "agreement" with CVUS. CT&T is bleeding CVUS dry and Schwarzchild/Shant loves it!

(2) Schwarzchild/Shant spends every waking moment on this thread hyping CVUS (and the CT&T parasite). This makes sense, given that a CEO that actually spent time on improving his company's business would have CVUS at $10 per share right now.

Bernard and all on this thread,
Not very good news from perezj_2000 on Yahoo concerning
the state of CVUS internet service. Said there has been a problem
with service and support since December, and even after repeated e-mails to CVUS it has not been corrected. Also suspects other customers may be having similar problems with the service and/or support. Did not mention exactly what the problem was. Do you have any thoughts on this, or anyone else for that matter, Jim, Karl, NW, Hiram, Tech head, and anyone I neglected to mention? Thanks.
Frank
