OFF TOPIC: I probably should'nt have said I don't use TA... I do, but really simple stuff. All of my 'mentors' who have taught me so much always tell me the same thing... I'm a tape reader and a mental chartist. When ever I've attempted to work from a purely technical standpoint, I get creamed. I'm really not sure how I do it... but I think you do. Real traders always seem to understand. Yes on the money management! And wonderful advice on the stops... I previously just used mental stops, but I'm now putting the physicals in more and more. Re TA with this stock... if I'd been in, I think I'd have been out early. Even if I'm especially bullish on a stock, I'd rather sit it out and buy lower if I still wanted it than ride it down. Questions: do you agree this stock has just been traded? I can see no indication of accumulation here. Second, with programs like Tradestation, don't you set your own parameters for criteria you are looking for? I do that in scanning for stocks to trade, but I do it all manually. I think I'm ready to graduate<g>. best, Kim
