Hi Bill,

Some investors like to get out before the news in case there is a delay with the permit or other problem that could cause the price to drop. If the news is good they will jump right back in, if not they wait and get in at a lower level. Just MHO.

Looks like I haven't been alone. Don't know why it would consolidate again, so soon. Could also have been the weakness in oil prices shaking out some nervous investors. Technically everything is still strong, its a little too soon but as of today looks like it could be forming a small compact triangle. If that's the case, these formations usually don't last more than three weeks, so hopefully we're nearing the end and once again we can resume our advance. Just another test of our patience.
