t-bone, couldn't AGREE more!! Depending where you look the bid is anywhere from one cent to six cents. Nobody is prepared to let there shares go that cheap. 3/32 is a bit steep to pay for a recently delisted NASDAQ stock that now resides in the pink zone. Once we get onto the BB, hopefully next month we should see a return to a solid bid/ask and a more reasonable price. Once we take possession of the first piece of property and turn the first shovel of dirt we should be on our way.
As you mentioned in a previous post most here have a substantial position and are just waiting for things to come together. Nothing more to lose so why sell now?
Latest investor package has write-ups from Crittenden Resort Real Estate (jan 19) and Timeshare Management (jan 20) a Garrett Communications publication. Both have web sites and it appears that you can get free trial subscriptions. Also a decent write-up in Developments.
Spoke with Max last night and Bob Stone today. Both suggest everything is moving along. Neither seem to care too much or appear not to be concerned with present shareprice. With 56% of the shares in management hands you know they are working at building this company.
