Lets not give up on Ultrafem before they do! Just called corporate office today in New York to get a feel for what's new and in the works. Seems that Ultrafem is getting the funds they need to keep making the GREAT products they make on their own without any buy outs or third party money. The newest lawsuit from the unhappy investor might just be completely false. In fact they've only heard about it through the internet, nothing in writing has come across their desk. As for the company firing directors and VP's. Good move for UFEM in my opinion. When a company grows as quick as they have, things like this happen for the good, not the bad. Buy now and remember just how good their product really is. And just remember the government doesn't fund many companies, but they did on this one. In my opinion, UFEM will not last long at these bargain basement prices. At this point I believe their stock is undervalued and what ever happens from this point on is what the public makes, not the company. Think positive on this one!
