All, here is site for same day SEC filings: freeedgar.com You can set up a watch list for several stocks and this service will e-mail notice to you of the filing on the same day which the filing is made. Otherwise there is a day lag if you manually search the Edgar databases. The service is free. I set it up last week and it works great.

Ken, Since I am no longer a principle in Logi, I have only the information available from my Edgar download of Logi's long delayed 6/30/97 10k last month. The $ 3.0 million owed by CT&T to Logi was assumed by CVNY and $350K was paid in cash with a a note for $ 2.6 million. That note was picked up by the new Investment Group (Kramer Rosenthal...) for $ 2.4 million. I do not know what CVNY used as collateral, maybe someone out there knows? With the two shots of funding:Financing;and debt payment.Plus finally the auctions, Logi along with its newly acquired mmTech should be in a prime position for growth. The international market plus;domestic auction winners who will pay for their equipment in a timely manner, will allow Logi/mmTech to move out with their proprietary high tech LMDS complete systems. There was a brief excursion of Logi's stock to over $1 with the announcement that Ken Thomson was taking over. As soon as he begins I expect that the Company will return to a profitable position.
