TO: R MAZZARELLA,

Would like to know more about these mining issues you and
your friends are talking about...

I'm interested in some of the small mines you have been
discussing

Richard it is funny as they all want to blast you, yet they want more stock holders to buy in to the Naxos story. What they don't seem to understand is that unless they convince a lot of people like you to see the light and buy in they are doomed. If they can not sell you how will they sell a company like Allen and company, Goldman Sacs, or Fidelity.

Otherwise they are only seeking to run the bigger fool theory. And buy the way that is not working for us right now. So boys and girls my suggestion is sell Richard like no tomorrow. Any sales geeks in the group? I am always looking for a few good sales women (or Men)

Richard,

I am wondering what it would take to convince non-believers that Naxos is for real. I am not talking about those who have never heard of Naxos, but of those who are familiar with the story and don't believe it yet.

If Naxos, under COC with the new management, continued to produce numbers similar to Table 1 without any JL processing, while fiddling with the JL process in separate studies to improve yield and did this over the next ? number of drill holes, will that be convincing? Or does Naxos need to set up the pilot plant and show Au coming out the other end? Or what? What would it take to convince you that Naxos is for real?
