Thanks to the new 30-day trial on SI I can make my first post on this thread. First, I am discouraged by the tone and quality of the recent posts. I have owned this stock for a while now, and have faithfully been lurking on this thread. Where are the intelligent posters? I hope they haven't sold! Now it has become a steel-cage grudge match where everyone fights with ValueSpec instead of focusing on our dwindling stock price. It's like Nero fiddling why FTEL is burning! The only day I can remember in recent history when we made a decent jump was a few months ago when our stock went up 1 point in a day. Since then, it seems to have been a Chinese water torture descent in price. (Actually, today was a big DROP.) Also I am concerned that there has been no real news since the experimental project with Lucent and Syracuse University. Folks, we are in a real drought here! VOCALTEC is the perceived leader in our industry and are reaping the benefits of that position in real money profits while we remain complete unknowns who seem to be becoming even less conspicuous by the day. Why are so many of the people on this board so sure we won't be snuffed out? I'm beginning to have REAL doubts about this stock.
