LEAPS are cool ! If ADPT drops a few points before April (M Fund window-dressing, they'll be a solid LT investment. Give them a week or so to adjust to market, watch the implied volatility.

Just installed a Diamond Fireport 40 SCSI-III Ultra PCI host adaptor that has a Symbios chipset. Plug n' play - it rips - similar, if not better performance than the Adaptec's 2840. $99 Good deal. The 68 pin ribbon cable at $59 not a good deal but heavy duty.

Will we see $35 by end-of-year ? I think so - they're planning product (Firewire & fiber) that will be the next standard. Good company.

Sorry to be ignorant (I've only been investing, in one form or another, for 30 years and still have lots to learn) but what are LEAPS? Is this good, bad, or indifferent for the stock? So far today, it keeps following Hodgkin's law. Maybe we need to pray for the general market to crash, then it will go up?????
