Zak,
Just to take the sharp edges off.... if Tokyo does have a look see at BANY I do believe he will give it a thorough DD. I think he and his group could provide some assistance if they so desire.
IMO I believe he wears the white hat much more often then the black one.

You mean my nutshell of BANY is being taken to a shorting thread?

What for?......What are they going to do.....short BANY some more? I think it would be funny. How many times can you sell the same share of borrowed stock?

Maybe they bust shorts too....a happy thought.
