Snake, you are absoutely right, and that was my point. If you are a peny stock investor, you go in on a lot of these stocks, but to be honest i have not seen something like this one in a while. Meaning, it will not bottom out any more, the deal will either happen or not. If it does not, then forget about everything, thats it for WACC, but there is strong indications that there is something solid and real here, and that is worth at least (bare minimum) a 20 to 25 cent share price! That is why i am excited. Just watch this one very carefully... t-bone
