I believe that there are additional shares short sitting on the books of at least one market maker. The amount Riley and Pugs have advised repeatedly? NO. When the stock was halted, this left positions open and thus shares shorted.

Were these positions existing before November? I seriously doubt it.

I do not believe that the numbers extolled by Riley and Pugs to be accurate and suggest while shareholders continue to look at the situation, to determine whether or not they should any longer be considered accurate and meaningful, or should the focus instead be on Morgan, Financials, and the SEC.

Many followed the logic of the share count and the huge illegal naked short position in the company and did not consider Morgan, Financials, and the SEC relevant. I believe to come to a proper conclusion, a better understanding of this issue is necessary and should be looked at unemotionally.

I appreciate the sanity that has returned to this board instead of the
yelling, screaming, and the unfounded conspiracy theories being so recklessly tossed around.

Ask Gary Morgan who is the Chairman of the Board.
