Bernard/Avalon Group:

Many thanks to Bernard for your post.

I think most of us who deal daily in BB stocks know what it's like to get involved, unknowingly, with a scam. There's hundreds of them out there. When combined with the classic "pump and dump" and other "for-fee" promoters, a select few traders make money. Regretfully, most investors lose. And certainly the company loses in the long run thru guilt by association.

Bernard, I would like to thank you for what I see as both an individual and a company wishing to take the ethical and moral high road. That is rare in today's world. In the long run the company will be stronger for that stance.

I do hope, Bernard, that you will not abandon SI's thread forever. Realizing we are a step below "public release" status, this is one of the broadest public information forums available in the world. Your presence on this thread to answer routine questions (which do not conflict with your insider information concerns) would be of great assistance to all --- not to mention the amount of time it might save you and the company by having to field fewer direct phone calls.

Again, many thanks to you Bernard. The reality is that when you invest in a company you invest in the people running the company. I like what I see in the person who posted on Avalon's behalf earlier today.

Remaining long on AVALON GROUP,

Offie

Did any notice that Bernard started out by saying NO One from AVAL had ever visited the "chat" room, but then later indicated that this was his 3rd or so visit to this web site????

TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT... Well Bernard that would be a highly honorable thing to do, again. I've got a few reasonable questions for you.

Who, What, Where, When & Why?

Tick Tock! The only release this year stated that you have substantially changed the only business plan we were privy to. I suspect that since you have not fulfilled the expectations of those that talk directly with you, that you might have decided to change the business plan again.

The primary reason that I've not been on this thread demanding accountability with greater frequency is that I've tried to take the encouragement of those you talk to, to heart. That has allowed me to give you the benefit of the doubt and "hope" that news would be released soon and make my comments look like they were at best untimely.

Well I'm not afraid of that anymore. It appears that strong arm tactics are all that will motivate you to come out of the blackout closet. This is a public company isn't it, why is it that only those that talk with you privately get the apparently valuable news? Why is it that they misinterpret your intentions everytime?

I'd rather lose my investment than put up with this crap much longer!
So do me a favor put up or shut up, show us the goods publically or shut the door and go get a real job!

A Dejected Stockholder, Jon

PS: You're fulfilling the scripture prophecy quote in my profile, I guess I should be thankful.

Little Miss Muffet

sat on a tuffet

eating her curds & whey

Along came a spider

who sat down beside her

and asked ....

What's in the bowl bitch?

Disclaimer: Any similarity between this nursery rhyme and my disdain for this company's silence is completely coincidental. Not!

Bernard since you won't send me an investors package, would you please find someone to buy my shares?

I requested an investors package on Aug. 25th as my last effort to find reason to keep this stock. After the almost immediate reply from your new PR firm that one would be sent ASAP, I waited two weeks for it before placing my sell order.

Well my order partially filled on Sept. 11th, it was the last public trade on your stock. I'm only asking .15625 each for the remaining 2000 shares. Please consider my plea. I'm hoping for a quick response.

The following is a copy of my communication and responses from your PR firm.

10/1/98 8:33am
Is that it Jim? No explanation, no apology, just I'll send your message?
What happened to the last one you sent? Was this your fault or theirs? How
long should I wait before placing a market sell order on this dog?
