Someone just handed me a piece of paper stating that CA was chosen by New York State -- you remember, this was the contract that ZITEL got to BID on! Can anyone confirm this? If true, is this just not another nail in the coffin? Why would New York state go with a big, proven, reputable company like CA, when they could have chosen the world's fastest, most accurate, silver-bullet, company and get a free leisure suit for all the government employees to boot!

I remain,

SOROS

ps Hasn't Zitel/Matridigm been the "fastest ramp-up" to Microsoft status in history?

pps If no merger is announced today, shouldn't a run for the exits start tomorrow so everyone doesn't lose that profit from $9 to $16 that was SOLELY because of the "leaked" rumor of the merger?
