10Q I just found a 10Q dated 2/17/98, and it says something very interesting about funding: "The Registrant has received from Capital Investment Partners, Inc. ("Capital") the assurance that Capital will fund any cash flow short fall and provide liquidity for the foreseeable future." Has anyone else seen this? for anyone who hasn't, I found it at www.freedgar.com. You click the SEC filings link which is about dead center on the page, type in WACC under stock symbol search, and you're there. I think someone once asked me about the source of some other information I posted earlier from a press release. I've found all the press release either at www.yahoo.com under their stock link, and www.pcquote.com. In addition, I recieved an investor package from Dilienschnieder Group, the PR firm. BH
